Caribbean Graduate School of Theology (CGST) is committed to the personal and professional development of socially responsible leaders in the community and to the formulation and application of sound business principles and creative solutions to problem-solving in all types of institutions and organizations from a biblical perspective.

The institution seeks to integrate morality and ethics into the practice of business and industry, to bring a stronger sense of ethical values to the social professions, to demonstrate an interest in the ethical aspects of environment issues, and to integrate Christian principles and values into the lifestyle of society and in the conduct of business.

The academic programme is designed to complement rather than compete with other graduate business programmes; with the differentiation of sound business education delivered within the context of the Christian world view.

The MBA programme is specially designed to meet the standards and convenience of busy working professionals who wish to complete Graduate education without interrupting their careers or interfering with their professional responsibilities. The knowledge and perspectives gained at every stage of the programme can be applied immediately to the candidates’ real world situation.
